Come on a day away with me…

We meet in a beautful farm house in the Hudson Valley, with breathtaking views over looking the mountains and sunset for a day of community and inner healing.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with an organic fresh pressed green juice and tea and get to explore our new planted apple orchard and the expansive view. 

Our outdoor sauna will be available for you to enjoy if you wish prior to our exploration and ceremony along with a cold plunge if it in your practice. 

Tamar will be serving her famous nutrient packed organic super food shakes to further nourish the body and soul as we prepare to step in the beautiful studio space for our exploration.

Optional Lodging at the Farm house: for Saturday and Sunday night

There is limited space at the farm house for anyone who wishes to arrive Saturday night and stay the night at the beautiful house or perhaps stay Sunday night or both. 

The rooms are stunning with Italian bedding and plenty of space to be in the house and property. 

Please note Most options will be shared bath as there are only 2 options for a private bath or 3 if you are 2 -4 friends arriving together and would like to be in a connected room with a private bath. 

The night stays do not include any programming or meals as of now.

A farm to table plant based meal can be arranged for additional price for the ppl who will come to stay Saturday night and most likely breakfast on Monday. Details will be finalized once we know how many ppl will be staying with us at the House.

The stay will include tea and little bites, access to sauna and cold plunge and bonfire if weather permits.
