My Why. . .

Hello beautiful people,

I’m here to support and encourage the exploration of self discovery and the rebirthing of ones self. Through the journey of self healing one discovers their ability to tap into the right frequencies, and embrace their own unique ray of light. They become, once again a part of the higher collective consciousness, that is leading humanity towards the rapidly approaching, yearned for, Age of Love. 

We have forgotten how to love. We have been steered so far away, and removed from our own power. Our own hearts. Our own magic. Our own pulse and unique vibration. My mission is to help you remember.

It has been a decade since I started my journey of deep self healing and vibrational rebirth. I was shaken and encouraged by great spirits whom I’m forever grateful for their unconditional love.  

Their knowledge and presence allowed a deep dive into the intricate connection between my mind, body and soul. All of which allowed me to find my own voice and my own path back home. 

Throughout this journey, gathering knowledge through lessons and practices, has become a passion. I am grateful to be able to share them with you. Together we will explore sound + voice, energy + touch, plant based recipes, nutritional tips and a holistic life style for the soul purpose of encouraging self care, self healing, self exploration and a collective spiritual unity.
