Cashew Quest
This sauce is the best. It was a suprise and loved by all.
Amazing in your sandwich, on your chickpea omelete, dipping your baked veggies in, along side
your quinoa or as a dip for your picniv veggie platter.
Its so easy to make so go ahead loves, give it a try!
Ingredients:
1 cup overnight saoked cashews Lemon juice from half lemon
1 mini sweet red pepper or 1/4 or a regular one 1 garlic clove
1 tbls olive oil
1 tsp apple cider viniguer
3 tbls tahini
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chilli pepper
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp jalapenos / crushed
1/2 or 1 tsp tumeric
1/2 red onion cut
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Dash of water
1/4 cup unsweetend almond milk
Make:
Blend all in your high speed blender or food processor
Enjoy as a dip, a spread, a topping for your roasted veggies And anyway you like!
