Chill Out Cocoa Shake
I love cacao. I love shakes. So naturally I love love love cacao shakes….
I usually like my cacao shake later in the day, as an afternoon pick me up.
( Its either that or chocolate, lol )
Cacao is a great alternative to your coffee and this one is full of mushroom and adaptogens power.
It's an easy and utterly yum meal dessert, dessert for meal, or whatever you wish it to be.
Ingredients:
2-3 tsp organic raw cacao powder
1 organic Banana
1/cup organic raw coconut water
1/2 cup organic almond or vegan milk ( preferably free of sugar..)
1/2 tsp ashwagandha
1/2 tsp chaga
1/2 tsp reishi
Cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Handful of organic goji berries
A little piece of vanilla bean or 1-2 drops organic vanilla bean extract
1 organic medjool date
Ice
Blend it all together and enjoy in your favorite awesome glass!!!
