Cherry Berry Probiotics Smoothie:

This light smoothie is a great way to get your antioxidants on. 

Black cherries and berries are full of them. Black cherries also provide you with melatonin

( great for the heart and risk of strokes ) and may also combat gout among other things. With all the other goodies and adaptogens here this is a great kick in your step smoothie. 

Blend in your blender and enjoy in your favorite sexy glass!

Personally, I only add ice if the fruits are not frozen.

Smoothie Recipe:

Handful organic cherries

Handful organic strawberries 

1 cup organic raw coconut water

2 tbsp organic coconut yogurt 

1 tsp Maca

1 tsp Lions mane 

1 tsp Ashwagandha

1 tsp Probiotics (optional)

1 tsp Sunfood superfoods wellness super immunity blend or Camu camu (optional) 

1-2 dates 

You can always add water if you wish to adjust the consistency.
