From my soul journey over the past 12 years of healing in this physical world, all the knowledge I have gathered and continue to evolve with, I humbly offer you.

From physical dis-ease, to emotional and sexual trauma, to spiritual awakening, I have collected tools of guidance and self healing from dear mentors and personal experience. Diving back into nature and the true medicine of life, through plant based nutrition, meditation and vibrational work, intuitive touch, and the magic of movement, breath, voice and sound. All these tools and spiritual teaching are intuitvley woven in my creations and offerings.

Your healing and spiritual journey is a journey inward.  We can all, however, use a guiding hand, a suggestion that should only be taken if it resonates deeply within, a safe and sacred space to explore our inner workings.
